I believe that revenue management could be really helpful for my current organization. I only have a surface knowledge of the subject. I do not have a whole lot of experience implementing revenue management systems or modeling. What are some of the best references, documentation, or literature on Revenue Management with Operations Research?

You could begin by looking at the work of (and book by) Garrett van Ryzin: http://www4.gsb.columbia.edu/cbs-directory/detail/494935/Garrett+van+Ryzin

I would second Chang's response. It's a great starting point for RM and written by somebody who's done some fantastic RM work in the real world.
