I believe that revenue management could be really helpful for my current organization. I only have a surface knowledge of the subject. I do not have a whole lot of experience implementing revenue management systems or modeling. What are some of the best references, documentation, or literature on Revenue Management with Operations Research? |

You could begin by looking at the work of (and book by) Garrett van Ryzin: http://www4.gsb.columbia.edu/cbs-directory/detail/494935/Garrett+van+Ryzin |

http://www.amazon.com/Pricing-Revenue-Optimization-Robert-Phillips/dp/0804746982 A book by Robert Phillips is also good. You will also find many revenue management articles published in Interfaces useful: http://interfaces.journal.informs.org/cgi/search?sortspec=relevance&author1=&fulltext=revenue+management&pubdate_year=&volume=&firstpage= I would second Chang's response. It's a great starting point for RM and written by somebody who's done some fantastic RM work in the real world.
